Welcome to the Kremlin's archives. Here you can take a look into this site's past. You will find past site designs, banners, images and just about everything else of significance to this site's history.
• YEAR 1 : MAIN PAGE | INTRO PAGE
The original look. My, how things have changed since then.
• YEAR 2 : MAIN PAGE | INTRO PAGE
Nothing really different, just a new banner and a few additions here and there. Plus a new intro page that better fit with the website's name.
• YEAR 3 : MAIN PAGE | INTRO PAGE
My first real drastic change. Still kept the black and red (and the same intro page), but now everything is more compact and easier to access. And, of course, the infamous "you need a life" intro page. Can you believe someone actually got upset at the fact that I use the term "Kremlin" for a website name? I still laugh at that thought.
• YEAR 4 : MAIN PAGE | INTRO PAGE *A* | INTRO PAGE *B*
Very similar to Year 3 except for a simple color palette change throughout the site to match the colors of the character profile cards in the Snatcher trading card set.
I also switched intro pages after the third anniversary celebration was basically over to a look that became the Year 5 main look.
• YEAR 5 : MAIN PAGE | INTRO PAGE
Definately one of my favorite web designs I've put together. I have to to thank Dyne quite a bit for this look. This look was expanded upon (and improved, in my opinion) for Year 6's look.
• YEAR 5 ALPHA : WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN... : MAIN PAGE | INTRO PAGE
When the time came in early 2004 to work up a new look for the 4th anniversary of the site, I at first thought to just keep the same basic design from the past two years, just with different imagery and color schemes. After a week of working on it, I just decided that I was
sick of that look and something had to be done. Enter my real life best friend, Dyne, who would show me some new tricks (new to me anyway) using the HTML style, CSS. That gives you the look you see now today.
FYI, that is me in that opening pic with the SEGA Saturn Justifier in my hands.
• YEAR 6 : INTRO PAGE
The beginning of Year 6 marked the site's 5th anniversary. Year 6's look wasn't all that different from Year 5. But, this time you could choose how the site would look, as least as far as which character from the game you wanted highlighted as you browsed the site. I was actually quite thrilled by how well this came out and I was almost set on just keeping
that look up for the rest of The Kremlin's run, but I decided to go back to my red and black roots instead.
